Five Resolutions for Aspiring Leaders

I found this article in the HBR interesting and reflects the teachings of Warren Bennis and Kouzes & Posner.

To be an effective leader, find a mentor, be accountable, serve others, be globally and locally focused, and listen. To quote Stephen Covey, “Seek first to understand and then to be understood.”
